Sisters, grandparents and Quentin Tarantino

Today I’m linking up with #VlogTalk, the brain child of the lovely Kate, Elena, and Jessica.

I’m here to tell you how we came up with our kids’ names and why they’re so special to us. While I should have probably done the prompt “Why I don’t vlog,” I think you’ll be able to figure that out yourself once you watch me on video.

Also, my mic is dumb, so there’s a bit of a high pitched sound during the whole thing, and apparently I didn’t talk loud enough? Turn up the volume!

  1. Yay!
I am so happy I got to see you in person but not.
    Those girls are beautiful!!
Zoe at the end is so cute I want to reach in and bite her!
When you said to say bye bye S waved at you lol.
    Great job friend

  2. They all are so precious! Hysterical how the twins names have deep meaning in your family and then Quentin Terrentino. Love it! Did you ever take them to bounce house? 😉

  3. love it!! you did a great job, and I love that you had your kids in there telling their own names – well, 2/3 of them anyway! I think it rocks that your twins’ names have familial ties, and that your adorable baby is named after a gory movie 😉 hope you continnue to vlog – it’s so fun to “see” people you talk to online all the time 🙂

  4. That’s so cute that I’d almost actually consider maybe vlogging with my kiddo, but I’ll go on the “I don’t have a webcam” excuse for as long as I can!

  5. Your girls are so cute!! And I love the names too!

I think that the best part about all these vlogs is getting to see and hear all the people that you talk to & read on a daily basis.

  6. So cute! My daughter’s middle name sort of came from a Resident Evil character . . . her first name was from the comic strip Baby Blues. It’s the same name as your youngest. 😉

    1. I love hearing where names came from. Especially when it’s something wacky like a movie. 🙂

    1. Thanks Sherri! They were a distraction for me too. I was much less inhibited with them on my lap.

    1. Thanks! I love it when you hear a name and know it’s the one — even if it is from a gory movie.

    1. Ha ha! Thanks! Once I tooled around the program and figured out how to do a few things, it was seriously easy!

  7. I loved the LeighAnn/Claire/Rachel/Zoe Show. I would like to tune in more, just let me know when it comes on. (I would even turn Glee off). Too bad my oldest two grandaughters are so shy…lol. Even though I love, love, love the video can’t wait to see them in person. Love you, mom.

  8. That is awesome! When Cheyenne saw me getting ready to start it, she climbed up on the couch and wanted to watch Gigi! She said hi to all the kids by name and it was cute! You did a great job and I’m not quite sure why, but I had tears in my eyes while I watched this. I am so proud of you! You did a great job!
